Well, at least her roof was 2,500 Lbs. overweight. During a recent home Inspection in Nashville TN,  home inspectors discovered this 2,500 lb. pool of water on the roof.  This was putting significant stress on the structure of the roof and would have eventually led to structural failure.  We recommended the water be drained from the roof immediately and repairs be made so water cannot pool on the roof in the future.
